Description
These gouges are hand forged by Vermont blacksmith Lucian Avery. The neck of this tool allows for very tight carving on the bottom of a bowl where long grain converges and makes for tricky conditions. Our students who use these gouges usually prefer these to any other dog leg gouge.
Two sweeps are available - 110 is the flatter gouge, 65 is more curved.
